Hermina Khara is Senior Vice President, People and Culture at Alida. She joined Alida in 2013 and leads the team responsible for sourcing and recruiting best-in-class talent, developing strong employer branding strategy to showcase great company and culture, and creating great experiences for people as they transition from candidate to employee. She also manages the programs and People Ops processes for the development and growth of employees in their career journeys.
Hermina has over 18 years of experience in leading and managing global strategic recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition strategies. Before joining Alida, she led recruitment teams for companies, such as 7-Eleven and Aritzia. Prior to her roles in human resources and recruitment, Hermina worked in the financial services industry for over 12 years, managing inside sales teams for Spectrum United Mutual Funds, AIM Trimark Investments, AGF Investments, and Langlois Brown (Dundee Securities).
Hermina holds a business degree from Douglas College in British Columbia, Canada.
