Jarrett joins Alida’s C-Suite bringing over 20 years of global talent management and people operations expertise
TORONTO, VANCOUVER — February 28, 2023 — Alida, a leader in experience management, today announced the appointment of Tanya Jarrett to the position of Chief People Officer. As CPO, Jarrett will lead the organization's global people strategies, and continue strengthening Alida’s employee experience (EX) and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.

Jarrett is a seasoned and deeply passionate people leader with over two decades of combined experience in technology, interactive entertainment, and the film and VFX industry spaces. Jarrett has served as Chief People Officer at Tigera, a security for cloud-native applications company, as well as at Traction on Demand, a professional services and SaaS company. At both of these firms Tanya led the people & culture function through significant periods of growth. She has also held senior leadership positions at Electronic Arts Canada, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Urthecast.
