Technical Support Hours

Technical support is available from 8:00AM to 6:00PM local time, in all time zones, Monday through Friday, excluding Christmas Day (December 25th) and New Year’s Day (January 1st).

Please open a ticket through the Help Center for critical issues. If you can’t access the Help Center, please submit your help request by email at support@alida.com.
