Experience Management Leader hosts global event and reports high-performing Q1 2023

TORONTO, VANCOUVER — May 9, 2023 — Alida, a leader in experience management, today announced it will kick off its annual global event series, Activate, in North America, on May 16-17, 2023, which will extend to sessions in EMEA, France, and APAC in May and June. Activate will feature inspiring keynotes and sessions from leading brands as they discuss essential themes impacting CX and how organizations can adapt their strategies for better results. Previous sessions include speakers from brands such as HBO Max, Redbull, Spotify Advertising, and Toyota. 

The 2023 event speaker lineup includes Elisa Chan, Global Head of Research & Beta from Amazon Music, Susie Thomas and Renee Martin from Bally Sports, Natasha Hritzuk from Warner Bros.
