CX Leaders Come Together for Alida Activate 2021 APAC Event

Leaders of change and innovation attend Alida Activate APAC virtual conference to celebrate the power of connected experiences

HONG KONG -- December 9, 2021 -- Alida, a leader in Total Experience Management (TXM), presented its 2021 APAC edition of the annual Alida Activate event series on November 30, 2021. The virtual Customer Experience (CX) conference showcased and celebrated global organizations and ‘Experience Leaders’ who are working to spark positive change and push the envelope of innovation. Attendees from across Asia-Pacific  were provided with successful strategies for bringing together the voice of customers and employees to innovate customer, employee, product, and brand experiences.

The virtual event kicked off with presentations from Medeiros and Alida President of Products, Riaz Raihan, on the exciting future of the CX industry and the power of TXM innovation. The event continued with engaging customer stories and presentations from industry experience leaders from Twitter, Forrester, ARN, and Reach3 Insights.

Topics included key ingredients for a successful TXM program, how to use community insights to design a CX program based on market demand and revenue opportunity, how to leverage conversational research principles to prepare your brand for the post-pandemic world, how to implement customer insights on a global scale, how to turn customer and employe truths into actionable change, and more.

The conference ended with an inspiring keynote from Medeiros and Jagan Sivanesan, Principal Solutions Engineer at Alida, on what it takes to unlock your true potential and deliver world-class experiences for customers, employees, products, and brand.
