Technology veteran Joe Finneran brings over 20 years of global experience to oversee product development

Finneran’s extensive global experience leading product development teams in the technology sector will support Alida in building revolutionary products in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) market.

As a technology executive with over 20 years of experience, Finneran has a proven record of building and focusing teams on strategic product development that delivers high quality customer-centric solutions. A passionate believer in the power of coaching and mentorship, Finneran has led highly-effective engineering teams in organizations, such as Western Union, PayPal and Eventbase. In his capacity as VP of Engineering, Finneran will lead a large product engineering team based in Alida’s second headquarters in Vancouver.
