Medeiros joins the CXM-focused executive team to lead and execute the company’s growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region
Toronto - September 3, 2020 - Vision Critical, a continuous customer insights solution provider, today announced the appointment of Steven Medeiros to the position of General Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan. Medeiros joins the Vision Critical executive leadership team to expand the company’s high-growth trajectory in these regions and support its clients and partners in driving excellence in the customer experience management (CXM) space.
Medeiros is responsible for driving Asia Pacific expansion opportunities and leading initiatives that support the success of Vision Critical’s international clients through its vast partner network.

Prior to Vision Critical, Medeiros was President and CEO, Hong Kong and Macau, of NTT Ltd. He also served as the GM for Kony Asia Pacific and Middle East and under his leadership, added hundreds of new clients, retained the highest customer bases worldwide, and built a partner ecosystem across the banking, insurance, airline, and healthcare sectors. Medeiros has also held senior leadership roles at SAP, Hire.com and Oracle, focusing on SaaS, cloud enablement and consulting.
