Senior Vice President and General Manager APAC, Steven Medeiros, joined Alida from NTT Ltd Hong Kong and Macau where he was the CEO running all aspects of the business operations and activities in Hong Kong and Macau. During his tenure at NTT, he was responsible for moving the core business of reselling goods and services from all the major vendors across Networks, Storage, Cablenetworks, and Data Center management to a managed services offering. In addition to changing the go to market, he managed a business consolidation of 31 brands into NTT LTd. 

Steve spent the last 10 years building successful regional businesses in both Asia Pacific, Japan, and the Middle East. For much of his career, Steven has been in senior and executive leadership positions with a focus on Software-as-a-Service, cloud enablement, and consulting.   Prior to his current role he served as the President and CEO Hong Kong and Macau, he was the GM of Asia Pacific and Middle East prior to its successful sale to Temenos.  During his tenure, he added over 100 new clients, retained the highest customer bases in the world, and built a partner ecosystem across the banking, insurance, airline, and healthcare sector in the markets of Dubai, Qatar, Japan, Greater China, Australia and Southeast Asia.

Earlier in his career, Steven served several senior leadership and general management roles across the region, in companies including SAP, and Oracle. This included appointments as head of SAP’s Line of Business and Cloud solution sales for Greater China as well as the General Manager for SAP’s Mobility Sales organization across Asia Pacific and Japan.
Steven attended Saint Mary’s College, UC Berkeley, and West Valley College in Northern California where he gained experience and knowledge from Silicon Valley founders on the importance of Innovation, Client Centricity, Market Understanding, and the effects of social, economic, and technology disruptors.
