G2, a leading peer-to-peer review site for B2B software solutions, just recognized Alida as a Leader in the Experience Management Software category in the Summer 2022 Grid® Report (overall and mid-market). Not only that, strong user reviews also helped Alida maintain its distinction with badges awarded for “Best Support” and “Easiest to Do Business With” for the fifth quarter in a row, and “Users Love Us” for an astonishing 21st consecutive quarter.
These recognitions by G2 are based on customer satisfaction scores derived from timely user reviews and market presence scores, which considers seller size and social impact. The “Best Support” and “Easiest to Do Business With” badges were based on G2’s Mid-Market Relationship Index Report, while the “Users Love Us” badge is earned after collecting 20 reviews with a four-star average rating. Alida received 66, with an average score of 4.4.
